We have trained 1,000 Champions, or youth health leaders, who have educated over 6,000 of their classmates across 20 schools.
Outside of school, our Champions are community leaders who have catalyzed 24,000+ conversations about these critical health topics.
A data-driven approach is central to our work. We track the short, medium, and long-term impact of our model by measuring Knowledge, Attitudes, Leadership and Behavioral changes.
Our Champions have increased knowledge levels by 48% among their peers.
They have positively shifted recalcitrant attitudes by over 40%.
They have transformed into young health leaders, with a vast majority agreeing with the statement: “I am interested in promoting health knowledge.”
