A data-driven approach is central to our work. We track the short, medium, and long-term impact of our model by measuring Knowledge, Attitudes, Leadership and Behavioral changes.
Our Champions have increased knowledge levels by 48% among their peers.
They have positively shifted recalcitrant attitudes by over 40%.
